What is IBO Player?

IBO Player is a multi-platform IPTV player that is especially popular on Smart TVs, where typing long URLs with a remote is awkward. Instead, you manage your playlist from a phone or computer on the developer's website.

Add XCodes IPTV to IBO Player

  1. Step 1: Install IBO Player

Find it in your TV's app store, Google Play or the App Store.

  2. Step 2: Note your device details

Open the app. The home screen shows a Device ID (MAC address) and a Device Key.

  3. Step 3: Open the official website

On a phone or computer, go to IBO Player's official site and select the playlist management page.

  4. Step 4: Add your playlist

Enter the Device ID and Key, then add your XCodes IPTV M3U URL or Xtream Codes details and save.

  5. Step 5: Restart the app

Close and reopen IBO Player on your device. Your playlist will appear.

EPG in IBO Player

When you add XCodes IPTV via Xtream Codes, the program guide usually loads with it. For M3U playlists, check the playlist settings on the website for an EPG field. See IPTV EPG explained.
