Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use xcodesiptvhd.com or order an XCodes IPTV plan. By ordering, you agree to them.

The service

XCodes IPTV provides access to live TV, sports, movies and series through compatible third-party IPTV apps for the duration of the plan you order. Content line-ups can change over time, and specific channels or titles are not guaranteed unless confirmed to you in writing when you order.

Orders and access

  • Prices are listed in USD on the pricing page. Plans are ordered via WhatsApp or Telegram.
  • Each plan includes 1 to 5 connections. One connection allows one stream to play at a time.
  • Access details (Xtream Codes or M3U) are sent to you after your order is confirmed.
  • Fixed-term plans (1, 3, 6 or 12 months) run for the duration ordered, and renewal is not automatic — message us to renew. Lifetime plans are a one-time payment with no renewal.
  • The free 24h trial includes 1 connection for 24 hours.

Acceptable use

  • Your access details are for your own use. Do not share, resell or publish them.
  • Do not redistribute, rebroadcast or record streams for public or commercial use.
  • Use the service in line with the laws that apply where you live.

IPTV and the law

IPTV is a technology for delivering television over internet networks. Whether a particular use is lawful depends on content rights and on the laws of your country. You are responsible for making sure your use complies with local law. See is IPTV legal? for general information.

Third-party apps and devices

IPTV players such as IPTV Smarters, TiviMate, IBO Player, XCIPTV and SmartOne IPTV are independent products. We are not affiliated with their developers and are not responsible for their availability, features or fees.

Availability

We work to keep the service running smoothly, but streaming depends on many factors, including your internet connection, device and app. Uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

Suspension

We may suspend access that is shared, resold or used in breach of these terms.

Refunds

Refund requests are covered by our refund policy.
