Try before you buy
Because every home setup is different, we recommend requesting a trial before ordering, so you can check the service on your own device, app and internet connection. You can request one on WhatsApp.
Refund requests
Refund requests are reviewed case by case. Any refund terms that apply to your order are confirmed in your WhatsApp or Telegram conversation before you pay. This page does not create a guaranteed right to a refund beyond what applicable law provides.
Before requesting a refund
Most problems — login errors, buffering or a missing TV guide — can be fixed quickly. Please check the support centre and message us so we can try to resolve the issue first.
Third-party app fees
Fees charged by independent app developers (for example, Smart TV player activation fees) are paid to those developers and cannot be refunded by us.
